Li Duo is an emerging performance artist active in contemporary art in China. Her motivation arises from an intuitive desire: the belief that only through direct and unembellished encounters with the world can one approach hidden truths. Drawing from lived environments and her ongoing inquiries into the body, memory, and relations, her works amplify subtle contradictions and absurdities in everyday life, transforming small incidents into social signifiers.
